If you are local and looking for a place to host an event we ask that you please find us on Peer Space for event pricing. Any guest hosting unauthorized events for more than 9 people will be charged a $2000 fee in addition to the nightly rate and fees. Over night lodging following your event can be accommodated through Peer Space. People counter provided by Hoxton Ai Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors and maintain a quiet environment between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Food, Drink, and Shoes : To help keep the bedrooms and carpet clean and prevent spills, please enjoy food and drinks in the common areas only. Please remove shoes before entering the carpeted areas. Early Check-in and Late Check-out Policy We understand that travel plans can sometimes require flexibility with arrival and departure times. While we strive to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs whenever possible, these are subject to availability and must be requested in advance. Please note that early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed, especially during peak season. Early Check-in: Request: Guests wishing to check in early should contact us at least 24 hours prior to their scheduled arrival date to inquire about availability. Check-in Time: Standard check-in time is 4:00 PM. Early check-in, if available, may be possible from 12:00 PM. Fee: $50 per hour early. Confirmation: Early check-in is only confirmed once we have responded to your request and confirmed availability. Do not arrive early without prior confirmation. Late Check-out: Request: Guests wishing to check out late should contact us at least 24 hours prior to their scheduled departure date to inquire about availability. Check-out Time: Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-out, if available, may be possible until 2:00 PM. Fee: $50 per hour late Confirmation: Late check-out is only confirmed once we have responded to your request and confirmed availability. Important Notes: Payment: Early check-in and late check-out fees will be requested through the Resolution Center or directly depending on your booking method and preference. Cleaning and Preparation: Early check-in and late check-out availability depends on the cleaning and preparation schedule for the property. We prioritize ensuring the property is clean and ready for all arriving guests. Unconfirmed Early Arrivals/Late Departures: Guests who arrive early or depart late without prior confirmation may be subject to the applicable late fee, even if the property appears to be unoccupied. Exceptions: We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur. If you have a genuine emergency or travel delay, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you. However, waiving fees is at our discretion. Commercial Photography/Filming: Commercial photography and filming are permitted and can be booked through our Peer space listing. Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the property. The fee will start at $100 for minor smells and up to the cost of refunding someones trip if we cannot get the smell out of the house prior to the next check in, which could be thousands. We ask that you avoid creating this nuisance for a guest checking in after your stay by maintaining a safe distance from the property if you or any of the additional guests must smoke. Please clean up accordingly or a fine of $100 will be charged for any evidence of smoking on the premises. Weapons: Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited on the property. Property Inventory: An inventory list of all items in the home is available in the kitchen. Please review it upon arrival and let us know if you have any questions. Damages: We understand that accidents happen. Please report any accidental damage or breakage to the host as soon as possible. While we don't charge for minor accidental damage, guests will be responsible for the replacement cost of any damaged or missing items, plus a $50 handling fee. The replacement cost for each item is listed on the inventory list. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping a wonderful place to stay for everyone. Please make sure when you book the house you enter the correct number of guests including all those that will be staying overnight or stopping by. If you questions about this, message the host before booking. For example, if you plan on 1 person stay overnight and 5 people visit during the day, the guest count is 6 people. Message the host prior to instant booking if you have questions. Security deposit must be paid prior to check in. No Parties, Events, Loud Noise: Noise detection devices are required on site by the city of Atlanta. Noise complaints by neighbors may result in the cancellation of the reservation. No Smoking, Vaping or Hookahs: Guests may be subject to an additional $750 deep cleaning fee if there is any noticeable odor or evidence of smoking or vaping inside or outside the property. Filming or Photography requires approval ahead of time so please make sure to ask.
